Expert Interviews

The ‘try-before-you-buy’ trend remains a significant one for retail. It often keeps physical stores relevant, but when successfully facilitated by ecommerce brands, it can transform their fortunes. This month we chatted to Bobby Wann, the CEO of nok brands, about how his innovative business could turn the challenge of online returns into an opportunity.

We also caught up with Dustin Foxman, National Account Manager in Canada for Uppercase, a business providing location insights that help companies to make the most of pop-ups. Short-term spaces have become a vital part of the physical retail mix, and this interview shines a light on how returns could be maximised.

Finally, we were delighted to interview Brittany Reid from Design4Retail – a leading retail design agency. We get into its repositioning as an agency, and how its holistic approach to retail design works.
