If the future of physical retail is all about experience, shouldn’t you experience the best in world retail for yourself?
Our custom strategic retail safaris and trend tours will take you into the very best retail stores and show you why they’re successful. Your safari will be led by a Senior Trend Consultant, who will explain what each space does differently and how this helps the brand sell more. They’ll then present you with questions for your business to help you rework the trends and innovations.
Identify the next hot retail trends – without the stress and worry of navigating a new city alone – and learn how to inspire your team, where to innovate and how to boost your bottom line.
With an Insider Trends retail safari you’ll:
Our bespoke itineraries and network of trusted connections mean you get the most out of your trip – however long you have. We work harder, care more about you and your customers and are more committed to helping you with your success than anyone in the business.
Follow-on workshops can also be added to help turn your experience into ideas that can take your business to the next level.

I’ve been on safaris with McKinsey and Boston Consulting Group. The Insider Trends safari was better. The introductory presentation was packed with ideas and new concepts too.
Claes MeldgaardThe Insider Trends tour stimulated lots of ideas about how we can create stronger connections with consumers in our store environment, and was a great launch activity for our new store design project.
Melissa PotterThe things you’ve shown us in London today will probably appear in other European cities in about four years’ time. It’s as close to stepping into the future as we can get.
Jorge MagañaWe came to find inspiration for our new major project. We needed to see the best of what’s happening in the world, but we had no time to go on a world tour. London’s a global city – you’ve showed us the best of what’s happening worldwide in a few hours. It’s been great.

Below are answers to some of the most common questions about retail safaris we get asked. If there’s anything else you’d like to know do get in touch.
We think the best way to understand the future of retail is to experience it. Our retail safaris take you inside the innovative stores paving the way, so you can experience the latest trends in real-life and get inspired.
All of our tours are completely bespoke to you, which means that the stores we visit and the people we meet represent the challenges and trends that are relevant to your business.
Any way you want! Our retail safaris are completely bespoke so the cost and content is always flexible. We will consult with you on your requirements to tailor packages to your specific needs as a brand or a company.
A typical package in London might start at 9am with a presentation about the future of retail, before we take you on a tour of innovative and inspiring stores and unique retail business models. Half-way through we break for a networking lunch where you can meet with strategists, professionals and innovators.
Again, because all of our tours are bespoke the cost totally depends on the package, season and model. We will work with you to create a tour that fits your budget.
Currently every retail safari is privately run for your group. We are considering open tours that anyone can book a place on in the future. If you’d like to be kept up-to-date with these please fill out the contact form below and we’ll email you the dates when they are live.
There are a number of different options available to suit every budget. For larger groups or those with a higher budget we recommend private executive transport. Smaller groups or those with a lower budget can walk or use the tube if you prefer.
We do not arrange travel to the retail safari location, flights or hotels, but we are very happy to help with suggestions.
We currently run tours in London, New York, Paris, Berlin and Amsterdam, but if you have another location in mind we have a good network of partners all around the world that we can connect with.
We informally know a lot of the spaces (and their individual policies) because we visit a lot. We’ve never had an issue or not been welcome in a store while on a safari.
What would you like to know? If you have any questions that aren’t covered here then please get in touch using the contact form below. Even if you don’t know all the exact details, it’s helpful to have as much information as possible.
We look forward to hearing from you!
