The best of Insider Trends March 2016

March is over and we’re saying goodbye to the dark, dreary days and hello to Spring and the host of pop-ups the warmer weather will bring. Want to know about retail trends? Why not make the most of the Insider Trends expertise by making March the month you book a retail safari, or an innovation workshop with us? In the meantime here’s this month’s best of Insider Trends.

We kickstarted the month with an insider interview with Stephen Wreford of Helping Buildings Think, a technology and service provider that helps buildings run more efficiently. Fashion Week fever also took over the capital seeing an influx of new pop-ups and concept stores as well as the re-opening of the long awaited Uniqlo flagship. See our top picks of retail openings in London here.

The latter part of the month brought a host of retail interviews. We chatted to Gideon Lask of Buyapowa about reinventing referral marketing by leveraging social connectivity and Jesse Sandquist of Seed about loyalty marketing programs. What a busy time! But it wasn’t over yet as we also interviewed Ed Armishaw, Head of Customer Acquisition at Walkbase, on how the platform works, and the ways in which it’s shifting retail – a highly interesting read so do take a look here.

That’s all we had time for this month but do watch this space for more interviews, retail openings and retail innovations. You can follow us on TwitterFacebook or check out our LinkedIn page for further updates and more retail talk.
